Child safety
Version of 2026-10-31.
Why these standards
Ewo is also played by minors (from 13). These standards describe what behaviour towards them we do not tolerate, how to report a worrying situation and what we do then. They are kept by ESEFLAB sp. z o.o., the operator of the game.
Safe contact rules
We talk about the game and horses. A private message can only be sent to someone who accepted your friend request, or in reply to their classified ad.
It is forbidden to: ask for photos, an address, a phone number, a school name or other details that make it possible to find someone; push someone to talk outside the game (messengers, social media, meetings); offer gifts, money or game currency in exchange for anything; send sexual or violent content or intimidate anyone.
Nobody from the game's staff will ever ask for your password or ask to talk outside the game.
How to report
Messages, forum posts and player profiles have a “Report” button. You can also open a ticket in the game (Help → Write to us) or email ewothegame@gmail.com. Only our staff see a report — the reported person will not find out who reported them.
If something worried you, also talk to a parent or another adult you trust. In Poland you can call the child helpline 116 111 (free, 24/7).
What we do after a report
Reports about the safety of minors are handled first. We may remove content, restrict or block an account. When the behaviour may be a crime, we secure the content and notify the police or the prosecutor.
We do not read private messages day to day; a message reaches our staff only when someone reports it.
Protecting younger players' data
We do not collect consent to news emails from people under 16 and we do not profile players for marketing. Photos uploaded to the forum are stripped of metadata (including GPS location). Details are in the privacy policy.
