Who we are

Equestrian World Online (Ewo) is run by ESEFLAB sp. z o.o., Jurcz 17, 59-330, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001261239 by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register; tax ID (NIP) 6922551757, REGON 545512873, share capital PLN 5,000.

Test version

While the game is being tested (alpha, beta), it may have bugs and downtime, rules and numbers in the game may change, and progress may be reset. During this phase payments are test payments: we do not charge real money. All other terms apply unchanged.

Account

You can create an account if you are at least 13 years old. When you register we ask for your month and year of birth. A person under 16 cannot agree to news emails on their own. Purchases for real money require a statement that the buyer is at least 18.

We delete accounts of people we know to be under 13. A parent or guardian can ask us to do so at the contact address.

The account owner is responsible for keeping the password safe. Accounts may not be sold or shared with others.

Conduct and player content

The following are forbidden: harassing or insulting other players, sexual content, violence or inciting it, attempts to contact minors outside the game, fraud, exploiting bugs, trading accounts, game currency or items for real money outside the game, and creating accounts to get around the rules. The rules protecting younger players are described in the Child Safety Standards.

By uploading an image or publishing text you confirm that you have the rights to it and allow us to display it in the game. Forum posts and images are checked by automatic moderation; private messages are not checked unless someone reports them.

Reports and moderation

You can report a message, a forum post or a player with the “Report” button, and anything else with a ticket in the game or by email. We handle reports without undue delay.

For violations we may remove content, warn, restrict or block an account. We tell you about the decision and the reasons for it. You can appeal any decision with a ticket in the game or by email; appeals are reviewed by a human.

Game currency and items

Ewo is a currency used only inside the game. It has no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money. Ewo and items can be earned by playing, and some can be bought for real money.

Purchases for real money contain no random elements.

Badges (subscriptions)

Badges are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in settings (Manage subscription); the badge then stays active until the end of the paid period.

You can withdraw from your first badge purchase within 14 days (Withdraw from contract). Because the badge starts working immediately at your request, we refund the price minus the days already used. Renewals do not open a new withdrawal period.

When a badge expires, plots above the lower badge's limit are put up for sale on your behalf at the estate agency after 7 days, at a declining price; the sale proceeds (minus commission) go to you.

Ewo packs and bundles

Ewo packs and item bundles are digital content delivered immediately. By buying, you request delivery before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract. Confirmation of this consent is shown on the invoice.

Payments

Payments are handled by an external payment provider. Prices are shown net; VAT for the buyer's country is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

A chargeback or reversal of a purchase blocks the account until the matter is resolved. Write to us — once the amount is settled we unblock the account. We may refuse a further subscription to someone who abuses the right of withdrawal.

Freezing and deleting the account

Freezing the account pauses the game: horses leave their boxes and wait outside the game, boarding ends and badge renewal is switched off. After you return you have 3 nights to stable your horses.

Deleting the account freezes it immediately; you can cancel within 14 days. After that we delete the data that identifies you, and your horses and plots pass to the game. Messages and results kept by other players remain, signed as “Former player”.

Complaints, changes and law

We accept complaints through a ticket in the game or by email and reply within 14 days.

We announce changes to these terms in the game at least 14 days in advance; if you do not agree with them, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given by the law of your country; you may bring a dispute before the court competent under general rules or use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. a consumer ombudsman).
